About the Event
Riva Alice is the coordinator of the Client Care team at Haven Home Safe, Bendigo office.
The client care team provide the intake and assessment for homeless people in Loddon and support for those with housing at risk. Her team also provide outreach support for rough sleepers (RSAP) and housing support for people being released from prison.
The Client Care Team can provide Emergency Relief Funding for people in financial crisis and financial support for those entering private rentals or needing help to maintain it.
The team also provide referrals to case management or other services where appropriate, for those requiring longer term support.
